Welcome to D4 Toys US! These Billing Terms & Conditions outline how we handle orders, payments, invoicing, and related policies. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, ACH and approved business payment methods.
Wholesale clients with established accounts may qualify for net terms (e.g., Net 15 or Net 30) upon approval. Payments must be received by the due date listed on the invoice.
2. Invoicing
Invoices are issued at the time of order confirmation or upon shipment, depending on your account type. Please review invoices carefully and notify us of any discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt.
3. Late Payments
Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on the unpaid balance. Continued late payments may result in suspension of credit terms or account privileges until the balance is settled. (For now, there is no credit. Account is paid in full before shipping.
4. Taxes & Fees
Applicable sales taxes, import duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless valid exemption documentation is provided. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

We do NOT offer refunds; only replacements or returns as of October 2025.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment unless stated as a final sale or preorder only. (Cancellations are subject to a 30%{?} penalty)

Once shipped, cancellations and address changes are no longer accepted.

Returns or replacements are granted only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items as outlined in our Returns Policy.
6. Preorders
For preorder items, estimated release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Preorders may require a deposit or full payment up front. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless a product is canceled by the manufacture
7. Pricing & Availability
All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
8. Disputes
If you believe there’s an error in billing or a charge, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your invoice. We’ll review and respond promptly to resolve the issue.
