What kind of products do you sell?

We specialize in collectible figures and buildable model kits made for collectors, hobbyists, and wholesale buyers. Our collection features top brands and high-quality pieces that bring joy to fans of all ages.

What materials are your products made of?

Most of our anime action figures are made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastic. Some may also include resin, vinyl, or polystone for added detail and durability.

Do you offer free samples or trials?

No, we don’t offer free samples or trials at this time.

How can I care for my collectibles?

  • Keep your figures away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Avoid placing them near heat sources or moisture.
  • Dust regularly using a soft, dry cloth or brush.
  • Handle gently to avoid scratches or breakage.

Orders & Stock

What happens if a product I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will be marked clearly on our website. If you’ve already contacted us by phone or email, our team will let you know in real time when that product becomes available again.

Can I cancel my order?

If an order needs to be canceled after confirmation, we’ll contact you by email. If you prefer a call or text, please let us know and share your number when placing the order.

Can I change my delivery address after shipment?

Unfortunately, no. Once your order has shipped, we can’t change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship only within the United States.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Shipping rates vary depending on your order size and location. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Not at the moment, but we’re exploring more flexible options in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Returns & Replacements

What is your return policy?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Email us at sales@d4toysus.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description.

What products can be returned?

Items must be in original, unopened condition unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, we do not accept returns for clearance or final sale items.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not issue refunds, but we will provide a replacement for eligible cases.

What if my product is damaged during shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll review your request and send a replacement as soon as possible.
