Shipping & Handling Policy

At D4 Toys US, we take pride in ensuring your collectibles and model kits arrive safely, securely, and on time. Please review our shipping and handling guidelines below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipments to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods (such as new releases or conventions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Preorder items will ship once they are officially released and available in stock.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

D4 Toys US is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Damage or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at sales@d4toysus.com

Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll work with you and the carrier to investigate and find the best resolution possible.

6. Handling & Packaging

Every order is packed with care by our fulfillment team to ensure collectibles arrive in excellent condition. We use protective packaging materials suited to the fragility and value of each product.

Please note that minor packaging wear may occur during transit and is not considered damage.

7. Shipping Costs

All shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an error was made on our part.

8. Order Changes & Address Updates

Please verify your shipping information before completing checkout.

Address changes or order modifications can only be made before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, we’re unable to redirect or modify the shipment.
